Since starting the BRX performance program I have watched our son gain confidence in his speed and agility but also his overall arm strength has increased. He's been confident on the mound in baseball but seeing his speed increase and knowing we're focusing on technique and also protecting his arm doing arm care and rehab days has been great to watch. Knowing he knows how to take good care of his arm so he's not damaging it for the future.

My son started at BRX in July and has already seen measurable improvements in his throwing velocity and overall strength. This has been great for his self esteem. He enjoys working with the different coaches at BRX each week. He and both look forward to his future growth and progress

Three months into our BRX experience and my son is loving it. We started this to prepare him for next baseball season but the strength/flexibility/conditioning he’s gained from BRX helped him be a star on his football team this fall too! Can’t wait to see what the future holds as he continues to work with the trainers at BRX. Would highly recommend.

Since starting the program, our son has gained weight and muscle mass, which were some of the goals. He's started the throwing program and doesn't have pain anymore when he throws. He looks forward to his workouts as he really enjoys the structure and accountability.

Since starting at BRX my sons speed and agility have increased noticeably also his strength is more noticeable he goes in wanting to really push himself and I love seeing the confidence he is getting from all of his gains!

Since starting BRX 3 months ago, our 12 year old is setting PR's weekly and building confidence. We see growth in him personally. He loves hanging out with 'the guys' (and gals) and the friendships he's made since November are genuine. The coaches are outstanding. Love Jason's enthusiasm for our son's gains. We drive 40 minutes one-way to BRX. So far it's a worthwhile investment of money and time. All good stuff!

The BRX experience has been terrific for both my daughter (16) and son (13) who have been at BRX for 2+ years. They have made tremendous gains in strength and speed. I have been especially impressed with the throwing program and focus on arm health. They are both pitchers who have had heavy workloads and have not had any arm troubles. As great as the strength/stamina gains have been, the injury prevention aspect of BRX has been equally important. Additionally, Brooks, Josh and the other trainers have established a welcoming, positive and fun environment so that my kids always look forward to going to BRX even though they know they will be challenged and pushed to their limits.
